Look, there is lots of stuff floating around Instagram on what you can do at home to improve in WHATEVER! Feels a bit overwhelming, as I’m thinking about all the time I have and what I can get better at. But what if we don’t have to get BETTER? What if we don’t have to improve all the time. It’s okay to just slow down. Read a book. Drink a hot chocolate. Call a friend. Make some art or don’t make anything. I personally am just craving movement as it helps my anxiety and overall flow of energy AND helps me to simply feel good in my body. So if you feel like it - here are five easy ab exercises.
