Did you know that the triceps make up for 2/3 of the size of your arms? It’s a large muscle consisting of 3 separate heads, so if you’re looking to grow your arms it’s important to hit all 3 at different angles and not just the biceps y’all!!

Now back to the movement we’re going to work for gaining that overall size/mass is the OVERHEAD ROPE TRICEP EXTENSIONS. Interestingly enough, this exercise targets the long head of the tricep and the (Fuller) we can get that long head to appear, the BIGGER that horseshoe will appear!

👇🏾BELOW IS HOW WE’RE GOING TO EXECUTE THIS MOVEMENT
..
1️⃣Go to a cable station, grab a rope attachment and place it onto the highest position possible.
2️⃣Take your stance and grasp the rope overhead with a neutral grip and lean forward.
3️⃣Keep your core engaged as this is the secondary muscle group being used.
4️⃣To begin, extend elbows and flex your triceps.
✅PRO TIP: Keep elbows tucked to your body
5️⃣Pull the rope down until the elbows are almost locked out then slowly bring rope back to the original starting position.
6️⃣Shoot for 4 Sets of 20, 15, 12, 10 reps.
