For me that involves meditation, different chores on my Tea practice, a specific amount of times I tune in to the news (I do my best not to watch or read news before bed for example), following a healthy diet at consistent times, social and volunteer work once a week, reading, working on future music and writing projects, checking in with friends and family and mostly staying away from my phone for long periods of time. I’ve made a schedule on a board that I get to check every morning that adds structure and guidance throughout my day. Similar to the ones I get on a meditation retreat. It’s been extremely hard to witness so many people all over the world displaced, scared & sick.
