Music, like most else these days, has become a factory of mass produced soundalikes perfectly calibrated to become marketing machines. To find something honest, raw, and meaningful is rare. To see an artist whose talent is only eclipsed by his work ethic inspires the hell out of me. Willow moved to the US to make this EP (and forthcoming album). He slept on the studio floor, worked graveyard shifts, hustled his ass off, and somehow remains one of the most compassionate humans I know. Except when he shreds a guitar solo.
