Do This Workout for Toned Legs/Peach
May use body weight, resistance bands and/or dumbbells.
TRY 3-4 ROUNDS OF:
1) Donkey kicks - 20 reps each leg
2) Squat pulses x 1 min
3) Squat Jumps x 1 min
4) Standing Calf Raises x 30 reps
5) Split squats x 12 each leg OR
for added challenge...
5) Split squats with a hop x 12 reps each side.
