BODY CIRCUIT 5 from my 6 Week Challenge! (So proud of all of those doing my challenge or those working out at home during social isolation and quarantining. 3-4 ROUNDS OF:
1) Forward Lunges body weight or add DB for added resistance and challenge x 16 reps
2) DB Thrusters (squat to overhead press) x 15 reps
3) DB Weighted V-ups x 15 reps
4) Burpees x 1 min - use yoga matt
5) Jumping Jack x 1 min - use body weight or DB for added resistance and challenge upper body.
We might all come out of quarantine needing hair, nail and lash appointments but we can come out looking fitter than ever 🙈💪🏽💦
