Make sure to read labels carefully and double-check ingredients. I’ve never mentioned it before, but I have a peanut and tree nut allergy. I’ve always been extremely careful, but since I was a kid, I’ve had 3 anaphylactic reactions that required trips to the emergency room. Hospitals are having a really hard time now and I don’t want anyone to have an allergic reaction and inadvertently face the consequences of not being able to receive care.
