Natsuko Shoji, @natsuko.ete Chef-Owner of restaurant été, @ete.restaurant who became famous for producing a mango cake that melts and pops in your mouth, creates in her cuisine forms that are art itself. Shoji is an up-and-coming chef who became the first Japanese woman to be ranked in Opinion About Dining (OAD)’s list, one of the global restaurant ranking. Her transcendental artistry and genius are immediately evident to anyone who experiences her pastries and dishes. The fact that she has been a fan of my work is an unbelievable miracle that has led to the dream collaboration project, “This Is My Dream Come True,” in which my flowers and her cakes and chocolates come together. The following is Chef Shoji’s description of the collaboration: ●Fleurs d’été (mango)’s mango roses accompanied by Murakami’s flower rendered in Amezaiku (a candy craft technique), in bright rainbow color: it will be a monumental gem. ●The other item is a box of chocolate with an aroma of nuts, my absolute favorite.
