村上隆さんのインスタグラム写真 - (村上隆Instagram)「Since late March last year, I have been on a fasting diet under MADSAKI’s @madsaki coaching and have lost 14 kg between then and now. For about a year, I have tried refraining from attending social meals, persisting on eating one meal a day and drinking loads of apple cider vinegar. But a few days ago, special dinner was held in celebration of my friend Mika Ninagawa's @ninagawamika Netflix @netflix series Followers—for its completion, release, and No. 1 viewing rate in Japan and Hong Kong. The celebration took place at été | Yoyogi Uehara, Tokyo, the restaurant by chef Natsuko Shojij @natsuko.ete ,renowned among foodies as the rare chef-cum-patissier. Ms. Shoji, purportedly a fan of mine for some time, and I are going to do a collaboration project soon. Due to various interesting connections I have had a chance to observe her work up close, and I must say that the look, the taste, and the presentation of her creative dishes that are born out of her incredible focus are full of spirit—they are art itself!
