Easy lil 15min full body workout using the @trxtraining straps
I’ve been doing this at least twice a week as it’s safe during pregnancy and the deep but supported sumo squats should help me strengthen yet open my pelvic floor which will help during labour👍
But this is also perfect for anyone who isn’t preggo but wants an easy / gentle workout for your whole body🥰
