As you guys know, this disease has been up and down for me. I still sometimes struggle with it so I really appreciated riding with @rideoutlyme at one of my favorite places, @soulcycle 💚🚲⁣ ⁣ Lyme Disease has really put things into perspective for me. I’m now only focusing on things that are good for me mentally, physically, and spiritually. ⁣ ⁣ My years at the Playboy Mansion weren’t true to myself and we’re pretty toxic physically and emotionally. Physically, I was swept up in the toxic Hollywood life of Botox, fillers, implants, and anything else that made me feel “pretty” or on par with the rest of the girls I was around. It was the worst. It was empty and I feel sorry for the girls these days that feel they have to do those things and be what they aren’t. ⁣ ⁣ I’m proud of the natural, free, and adventurous lifestyle I’ve created for myself these last couple of years. I still have a way to go but happy that I’m on a better road for my personal well-being. My Lyme diagnosis was a huge catalyst for this change and I’m now personally content and more myself than ever.⁣ ⁣ Thank you to Ride Out Lyme. Over 12K was raised and I hope one day there is a cure for this illness. Thank you to all those who rode with me along with my fellow Lyme warriors as well.
