Getting sick with Lyme Disease definitely made me take a step back and realize what’s important in life. When I talk about health, I mean both physical and mental health. Mental health is a huge contributing factor to physical health. I was swept up into being part of a toxic Hollywood culture for ten years. Plastic surgery along with mindless and soulless everything. I’ve been slowly removing and reversing mentally and physically as best as I can to get back to ME. I went from a fake life, fake friends, fake environment, fake everything... to being on my way to solid meaningful friends, a meaningful relationship, and a more meaningful and spiritual life. ⁣ ⁣ Im so glad that more people are discussing mental health and the stigma is being lessened.
