🤦🏼‍♀️The SAD TRUTH, back when I took this video I personally didn’t think I looked “good enough”😖 I was judging myself against others in the industry. I was too hard on myself because I wasn’t always in “competition” shape. That I didn’t have a 6 pack defined enough, glutes that were bigger and legs that were stronger. I got caught up in self loathing more so than loving myself and my achievements☹️ It’s taken me years to get away from that mindset & be happier with who I am & what I have accomplished. Body dysmorphia can hit us all for different reasons. For a time there I was a victim of my own mind & perception🤦🏼‍♀️ Looking back on all these videos makes me so proud of what I was able to accomplish & how I grew from all the experiences💪🏽 I’ll be posting more “throwbacks” here & there as personal motivation & to remind myself of what I didn’t see back then that I see now🥰 to remember to love yourself no matter where you are in your journey.
