Today was one of those days. ——— Started with yoga sculpt (hot yoga vinyasa flow with weights and cardio) with one of my favorite teachers of all time at my studio that feels like home (my second family)... contemporary class that pushes me wayyy out of my comfort zone (swipe to witness the fact that my face has a literal mind of it’s own when I dance), and a sunset hike to the top of my favorite mountain (and quite frankly my favorite place in Los Angeles).
