I try to be as positive as I possibly can be because I know that helps me. Recovery has been so great so far but honestly this ankle injury has been tough mentally and physically. I want to be back to full health and doing the things that I love. I have the best support team, friends and family behind me. I know I’m on the right path but some days I feel tired, lost and lonely. I miss my friends, teammates, boyfriend and family who aren’t always here beside me. Keep your chin up if you are going through tough times. It will get better and we will get through it. Knowing you have support, love and people behind you helps push you to keep fighting. Be that support and show that love to people in your life. They may need and appreciate it more than you know. Find the passion and purpose in what you do and go for it. Spread love. Smile.
