Looking out the windows of the observation car, you can see the spectacular scenery of Glacier National Park. There are also more bucolic views, like this farm that sits somewhere in Big Sky country. One of my favorite details in this image is the tree that is perfectly reflected in the small pond. Photographing out a train window is not an easy feat, as the outside world is passing by so quickly. Most of the time I read a book, chat with strangers, or watch the world like a film.
