First song I wrote that was published by Dick James (The Beatles publisher). The co-writers were two people who helped me complete the song, one of whom was Barry Grey who wrote the music for the TV puppet show THUNDERBIRDS. Barry Grey did the demo with me at his home studio. It was the first home studio I’d ever seen. I immediately built my own. This was in the summer of 1963. I was still at Art College. The Who were still the Detours I believe. We played the song at some of our pub gigs. Not sure of the history. Thanks to Matt Kent who bought this disk at auction. The Naturals turned out to be an Australian band who were cashing in on the MerseyBeat craze. .
