Rinse the yakisoba noodles to loosen and separate, drain and set aside. In a small bowl, add the sauce ingredients, give it a quick stir and set aside,⁠ this will be added at the very end.⁠ 2. Place the shrimp in a mixing, you may need to place them on a paper towel first to soak up any excess water. Next, pour 2 tablespoons olive oil over the shrimp and add the lemon and garlic seasoning and black pepper. Give the shrimp a few turns to coat them in the oil and seasoning.⁠ 3. Heat up a skillet to high. Once it's hot, add 1/3 of the shrimp in a single layer. Cook until the shrimp is pink and no longer translucent. Remove the shrimp and repeat two more times, set the shrimp aside. Now, add the water to deglaze the pan and get up any brown bits and add this liquid to the shrimp.⁠ 4. Next, sauté the bell peppers and set those aside. Reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Now, add the yakisoba noodles and the shrimp cooking liquid. Use tongs or chop sticks to stir the noodles around to heat them up. Once the noodles are thoroughly heated through, pour the sauce all over and quickly toss the noodles to coat them in the sauce. You'll need to do this quickly to help prevent the noodles from sticking to the pan.
