Preheat oven to 400 🔥⁠
Place 6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (Costco carries organic) in a pie dish.⁠
Heavily sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (or if you want a clean, easy seasoning salt, try @Flavorgod Seasonings )⁠

Drizzle 1 tsp mayo over top. 👇Flip the chicken over and repeat those steps. 👉 Add 1 small onion, (sliced thick so it wont burn), on top of the chicken. 🤚Yo stop. Let it marinade for at least an hour. (Can sit overnight)⁠

Transfer to an oven safe skillet and drizzle with BBQ sauce. Bake for 25 mins.⁠
Then, turn the heat up to 450, flip the chicken over, drizzle more BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 10 mins. This gets things crispy and blackened and makes your house smell like a “welcome home” candle.⁠
