To say that these last 5 months have been hard and filled with A LOT of ups and downs is an understatement! When you LOVE bouldering and BIG MOVES and always pushing yourself, a huge knee surgery is one of the LAST things you want to go through. Even my C5-C6 spinal fusion wasn’t as bad to deal with. In the end our bodies do comeback and we do heal! A bit of patience and motivation will take you far, and maybe mixed in with a bit stubbornness! 😉😂😁 6 months post OP from ACL reconstruction and extensive Meniscus repair! 🙌💪🏻☺️ @scarpana @organicclimbing @frictionlabs
