I had been trying to lose weight for YEARS. Diets. Gym for a year straight. Cutting out meat. Everything. Nothing worked. It was because i was addicted to food. I would eat just because. I didn’t even need to be hungry. Then my manager helped save my life. @rez_west hooked me up with Dr Basseri. He gave me a tool that would jump start all the ne Tal work i had been practicing for the last three years of dedication at the gym. But the main part was the food. Dr B helped me no longer over eat with #TheSleeve. Once that procedure was done the hard part began. I immediately got back in the gym like my life depended on it and it did. I only ate small meals. Slowly. And only ate protein and veggies. And women duh. But the entire 2019 i took to myself. I didn’t work on projects much. My project was MYSELF. This is the best work i have done. I look 10 years younger and feel 20 years younger. Thank you for everyone who has gone on this journey with me and supported me. I’m not done tho. My ultimate goal is to get to 200.
