When real estate developer Ted Foxman, his wife, and four children decided to move from Chicago to Bel Air, they enlisted designer @lonnipaul to transform their 20,000-square-foot home. Along with calming spaces, Paul incorporated a slew of unexpected moments, like a dining room awash in navy hues. The design scheme features custom dining chairs, a wallpaper by Trove, and chandeliers by RH. “I wanted to have some elements of surprise; spaces that were a little more offbeat than the rest of the home, but still elegant in their own way,” Paul says of her approach.
