I do like writing a list early jan of things I want to achieve throughout the year 📝 ✔️ • Usually I include - career goals 📈 - travel more 🏖✈️ 🛥🌉 - a tough physical/mental challenge🏔 🚲 🏃🏽‍♀️ • My list is slightly different this year! • I’ll try and be the best mum I can be without putting pressure on myself to be a ‘perfect mum’ • I won’t rush to lose baby weight just enjoy a balanced diet and exercise as and when Me and my body are ready. • reduce time on my phone/ social media • slow down a little with work but choose projects I’m passionate about. • be grateful & appreciate things more • keep my identity & independence • spend more time doing what I love with who I love. • stay positive & Be HAPPY ❤️ Naturally I feel more content since I fell pregnant and I’m really excited for 2020 with a whole new perspective on life ❤️」1月3日 2時06分
