Ricardo Baldinさんのインスタグラム写真 - (Ricardo BaldinInstagram)「Fun moments at the north shore side of São Paulo with old and new friends, gave birth to 2019 🌴February I decided to give myself a bday gift and went to Miami for a Yoga teacher training 🧎🏽 where I got to learn a lot about myself and Yoga of course, and meet her, who would change my life forever, @isabellapitaki 🧚🏼I then went for a quick trip to Morrocco, my first time in Africa 🐪 to then join her in Mexico for a month full of adventures and spiced mangoes 🥭🌶 Went back to Brazil and went on a trip to the Amazon, first time ever for me on the north part of Brazil and meeting wild river dolphins 🐬 followed by a visit to Bahia, Curitiba and Garopaba. I joined her in magical and crazy Rio, and watched innumerable sunsets from the window 🌅 then... We got pregnant 🤰🏻! We went to Italy where we got host a small retreat at Damanhur and then Belgium, a new country for me, with delicious chocolates and friends. We even got to fly on a helicopter over Brussels 🚁 ! Back in São Paulo I learned Yoga for kids and gave two open classes in different city parks, this one in the picture was on children’s day 🧘‍♀️ We visited Chapada dos Veadeiros for a week and this last picture was from our future daughter’s first shots, still in the womb of mommy, at a quiet waterfall. Such a wonderful year, full of challenges and teachings, experiences and new beginnings. I’m very thankful for every moment and I can’t wait for what 2020 has to bring. Much love to all of you.
