When it comes to training legs we like the 15-20 rep range for each movement especially for leg extensions. It’s where we feel the best combination of power, strength, and burn. Shoot for 5-7 working sets, range your reps from 12-20!! Keep your glutes from lifting off the seat, if you can’t hold yourself down, drop the weight and focus on squeeze at the top& slowly descend.
