There are such many things to do in this beautiful city but let us pick up 5 things to do in Kyoto! Today we chose Arashiyama for the first one! (1) What is Arashiyama? Arashiyama area is one of the most popular destinations in Kyoto for the bamboo forest, the village and temples surrounded by the beautiful nature. Tenryu-ji Temple, Togetsukyo-Bridge...so many things to do here. (2) Why do you need a local guide here? You may end up seeing only a few historic sites in the area and taking pictures in the tourists’ crowds if you go by yourself. You need a local to see the infamous sites around and to avoid crowds.
