A training can be quite vulnerable when I perform an effective dose of sessions and not excel the amount. I experienced that three climbing days per week work best for me. Then, I go through each session with deep focus on putting all of myself into maximum effort and high motivation quotes. Not only my muscles, but more my tendons need enough recovery. It makes more sense to include non-climbing workouts such as antagonist strength training or other sports activities into my program. I stay on track with my goals, maintain patience, consistency and acceptance with myself. I know that progress arises over longterms of training. 📸 @claudia.ziegler
