Ps- best way to kill the longest 2 mins of your life while planking , play games on your phone 😅 it’s the only way 2 mins weren’t feeling like 2 hours .. ha
On a serious note - more dynamic and more cardio was being introduced by this point as I was feeling stronger ..
Had 8 more kilos to lose and whole lot of muscle to put on .. #mummahustles
