Longtime fans of Blue Bottle deep cuts might recognize the composition of our Winter Blend. Designed for a season of celebration, it brings together two coffees from Ethiopia, pairing an aromatic washed-processed coffee with a jammier natural-processed one. The resulting coffee opens with a sweetness of brandied cherries, brightens with flickers of candied lemon, and mellows with the maltiness of roasted chicory root. We like to think it’s the coffee equivalent of a virtuosic duet between two jazz greats.
