For Tokyo’s legendary Ginza shopping district, we wanted our cafe that would appeal to the aesthete in all of us. Housed in Ginza Six, a shopping center designed by Yoshio Taniguchi (the architect behind New York’s MoMA), our newest #bluebottlejapan cafe offers respite for travelers and shoppers alike. Two favorite higlights: the flawless ceramic cups and saucers made by Japanese artist Yumiko Iihoshi, and, on the menu, our interpretation of a breakfast sandwich: lightly scrambled eggs on a grilled bun alongside a rotating seasonal veggie pickle. #bluebottlejapan
