I know that this is way easier said than done. I personally struggle with this as well.. turning the other cheek instead of firing back, not believing the hurtful comments, rising above the negativity. It’s freaking HARD. We can’t make it stop, but we can take away the power it has over us.. by rising up together and supporting each other. We are all constantly changing and nobody will ever be perfect. But that’s okay, we can celebrate our strengths AND celebrate our weaknesses. We can be proud of who we are, NO MATTER what stage of our journey we are in. We can support each other and help spread LOVE and POSITIVITY. It takes ZERO dollars to be kind, which means it is possible for everyone. I want to give a huge thank you to all of the people who go out of their way to be supportive, kind, positive, uplifting, and so much more, it is a constant inspiration and I hope to be able to do the same.
