Also another good moment to think about #movember 👨🏻 and why I care ❤️ This my dad (+ EPIC mo) and me (+ EPIC food mo) Both him and I have suffered / suffer from depression.. me more talky than him (IKR.. insert shock here) Males are THAT much less likely to speak up when they're suffering. Suicide (in particular MALES) is fast becoming one of the biggest killers worldwide. Movember is just another opportunity for us all to check in and make some noise about mental health.. with a larger focus on men for a second. The legends @hunter.athletics are aiming to raise $50 000 in support of this cause and you can click the link in my bio to donate a spare penny to the purse or just take sec to check in on your mates. Not just now but all the time. You NEVER know what's up with someone. *PS I'm running mo miles.. the moustache thing didn't really suit me. I've fundraised a lot this year for some bloody good causes and have been my efforts supported by some amazing people. For me raising awareness is just as important as raising $$... so let's start making some more noise about things that matter. End the stigma that still surrounds mental health. PS.
