Mental Health and Male Suicide is fast becoming one of the biggest killers worldwide. Unfortunately, unlike other disease states, there is not clear cut cure or simple fix. 47% of Men admit they don’t openly speak about their problems to their loved ones. Instead of growing my moustache this year... I’ll be doing MOVEmber and aiming to run 60km over the next 30 days to raise money for Men’s Health.
