-Pulling exercises are for the back, while pushing is for chest and triceps💁🏼‍♀️
In this case, I’m doing 10 reps with a wide grip and 10 reps with a tight grip, 4 sets.
This exercise is called “lat pull” and is targeting especially the lats (the sides of the back).
