Monday! Let’s get it. 🦋 This week in Katya Elise Henry’s world I will be focused on self care and resetting! After a long week of a whole lotttta human interaction, it’s important for me to unwind and have some quiet/alone time. Some things I will be doing every day this week will be: waking up & stretching, meditating, drinking a lot of water, eating a ton of fruits & veggies, getting some sun & fresh air, starting a new book 🤞🏽, annnnd of course- ordering myself some flowers to set the viiiibe 🌷 What are some self care things you like to do?
