She was the winner of my New Me In 60 Challenge 🙏🏽✨ Talk about MOTIVATION/INSPIRATION/WHAAAT! UNREAL. I had SO much fun with these girls. I got to teach them so many new tips and tricks on my training. Not to mention, they KILLED the workout I put them through. And it was hard- it was Week 1 Day 1 of my 8 Week Thicc Challenge. I had them sweatinnnnn! I still can’t get over how great they did. Also- some of the sweetest souls 🥺 all of the #WBKgirls I get to train are sooooo beautiful on the inside out, and you know that’s what I’m all about. Sometimes this doesn’t seem like real life, that I get to help people and do this. It’s truly what makes me happiest. What a blessing! So proud of you @eliserosestanier , this is just the start.
