Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart wrote this violin-piano sonata in e-minor after his beloved mother's death - which made this his only complete minor key violin sonata. 💔 Filled of heartbreak and fond memories, I try to do this sonata justice and create an atmosphere of melancholy by highlighting certain half-step notes with a denser bow, be quite selective about which notes to vibrato, and where to loosen tension.
