Happy Hump Day!! 🍑 I’ve got a quick, (but painful and effective) at home workout for you guys today! Featuring the new @gymshark Non-Stop collection that is releasing tomorrow 11 am PST 😸
Okay, so grab your bands and a DB (you can also do these with no resistance but I think every little bit counts) and let’s get a burn in!🔥

👾Banded Side-to-side Squats - 12 reps per side
Watch your knees on this one! You want to make sure you are pushing them outwards as you squat down, you don’t want the band to make your knees cave in. Keep your form tight!
👾Dumbbell Forward Lunge - 12 reps per side
Chest upright, core tight! Keep your balance best you can, I hate lunges because my balance in awful, but practice makes perfect :)
👾Dumbbell Hip Thrust into a Banded Abduction - 15 reps
Squeeze those glutes on the hip thrust! When I tilt my knees outwards for the abduction, I make my feet go with the movement, you want your abductors doing the work and not straining your knees <3
👾Banded Plank Toe Taps - 15-20 reps per side
Depending on how strong your planks are, add some reps into this. I used a lighter resistance band on this movement so I could get more range of motion!
👾Hanging Leg Raises - AMRAP
These have always been hard for me, but I wanted to put some of the view into the workout today, so we tried them out! I can only do about 6-8 before my hands give out before anything else #thestruggle But they’re a great core exercise!! Give them a try!!
👾👾👾Do 4 sets of each or complete in a circuit rotation and complete the circuit 4 times!
