❓What is a „Song Workout“? It fits to a specific song and is similar to a small "choreography" 🕺🏼 This also means the workout is only about 3min long - but it’s SO MUCH FUN! It’s all about getting into the mood to workout, get your heart rate up and enjoy some nice music. It honestly doesn’t feel so much like working out because you are busy keeping up with the movement and singing along haha 🎤 .

I clearly got inspired by the amazing Maddie (@madfit.ig), who I saw those kind of song workouts at for the first time!! I had a lot of fun doing them so I thought I just need to share this with my fit community as well 😊 .
