With having not high jumped for over year, since March of 2018. Only a couple of months of training in this season, it was a wonderful feeling to be back out on the field jumping and competing, although disappointed to have not made it to Worlds. 2019 has ended up being a year of major change. Moving coaches, moving to Sydney, back competing overseas & much more. It wasn't an easy process but I am truly blessed for all that has happened in the past to bring me to where I am today, exactly where I need to be. Often within myself I forget to pause and appreciate the journey & take that moment to celebrate the little steps forward, the little wins. It is very important to take those moments to feel GRATITUDE. Not only the gratitude for yourself & to aid your mental health but also for all those around you, in your corner. I feel very blessed to have such wonderful people believe in me & help me do what I love. I have found a renewed love for this sport of jumping over tings.
