Bloating and flare ups are SO normal and I have had so many of you tell me you experience the same things as me and can relate. This is my body 6 weeks after taking @jshealthvitamins ‘Detox & Debloat’ twice daily, i was honestly waking up like I was in the 3rd photo and feeling so heavy and shit for so long, and it made me not only self conscious but just struggle day to day with my nutrition. Small changes in my diet make the biggest difference, and no change like this happens over night I’m still figuring it all out as I go!
