2 cups cubed ham⁠
2 bags frozen cauliflower⁠
1 8oz cream cheese⁠
1/2 cup heavy cream⁠
1 tbsp butter⁠
1/2 cup sharp cheddar shredded cheese⁠
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella⁠
1 tbsp @Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic Lovers seasoning⁠
9×9 baking dish⁠
⁠
Preheat oven to 375°⁠
⁠
1) Microwave cream cheese for 30 seconds at a time if not soft already. While this is in the microwave, cube up your ham.⁠
2) Add cream, butter, and @Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic Lovers seasoning to bowl with cream cheese. Whisk til smooth, microwave 30 more if needed.⁠
3) Lay in the cauliflower ( frozen ), then the ham on top , then evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the top. Bake for an hour , give a mix halfway through.⁠
4) After 50 mins spread sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top , put back in to melt and brown up.. Take out , let rest for 10 mins... enjoy⁠
