I get this question a lot,, my favorite way to cook chicken breast is to make chicken patties or chicken skewers out of them. By making them into patties, your able to infuse moisture and flavor, by adding onions ,seasonings and many more elements to the patties.⁠

Recipe below🔻⁠
Chicken Skewers with Ketchup Seasoning⁠

Ingredients:⁠
🍅1 1/4 pound - ground chicken ( I use a mix of chicken breast and thigh) or use turkey.⁠
((**note: partially frozen chicken ,blends well in a food processor))⁠
🍅1/2 cup - onion / fine diced⁠
🍅1/4 cup - parsley / fine chop⁠
🍅2 tablespoons - FLAVORGOD Ketchup Seasoning⁠
🍅2 tablespoons - Dijon mustard⁠
🍅Pinch - FLAVORGOD Pink Salt&Pepper⁠
🍅4-12 - garlic cloves / minced⁠

Directions:⁠
Soak skewers in water. (this will help the wood from burning on grill)⁠
Add the ground chicken and all the above ingredients into a large bowl.⁠
Mix well with hands.⁠
Form a log shape with chicken mixture (about 1/4 cup)⁠
Place wood skewer in middle of log and wrap mixture around skewer.⁠
Repeat this step to finish all the skewers. (Makes about 6)⁠
Preheat grill or pan. Cook the chicken skewers 3 minutes on one side than flip and cook till done.⁠
Once fully cooked garnish with FLAVORGOD Ketchup Seasoning.⁠
