This hit home for me today, sometimes I do a terrible job at staying off my phone between work and pleasure I have too much screen time. So I've decided to start doing half day Sundays. It may not sound like much but taking 6 hour of no phone is a big change for me but I want to dedicate that time for 100% focus on my family. Hopefully I can work into full Sundays no phone!
