- Smith Machine Shoulder Press: 4 sets of 10
- Lateral Raise Drop Set: 4 sets of 30 - dropping to a lower weight every 10 reps
- Super Set: Reverse Grip DB Press (3 sets of 12) with Underhand Lateral Raises (3 sets of 12)
- Super Set: Straight Arm Pulldown (3 sets of 15) with Face Pulls (3 sets of 15)
