NikonUSAさんのインスタグラム写真 - (NikonUSAInstagram)「From #NikonAmbassador @joeyterrill: "When a client offers you the freedom and trust to explore all possibilities for a project, every creative door remains wide open. With only the guiding intention of 'concentric circles' as an objective, you are free to explore all subjects and interpretations without any constraints on how to make your photographs. As a photographer, this is what you dream of—an open-ended project where the client trusts you to imagine, solve, create, illuminate, capture, and convey.⠀ ⠀ I began the project with visits to all of my favorite places to find subject matter: a local hardware store, a bike shop, a cooking store, a bed and bath store, a fabric store, a marine supply store, and a sporting goods store. After days of shopping, I returned to my studio with a collection of subjects that ranged in price from a few dollars to nearly a hundred. All made it into the final submission to the client.⠀ ⠀ When the project was complete, I’d produced about 20 different images in the hope that a few of them might be just what the client needed. Over the next few days, I’d like to share a few of the photographs—as well as how they were made.⠀ ⠀ This first concentric circle image was the most complex to create. It was all done in-camera using a computer-controlled rotating plate. On top of the plate, I positioned a 12”x12” LED panel that was covered with different colored gels. After a couple of hours of experimenting, I determined that a five-second exposure combined with a specific rotational speed was the right combination to produce the look I was after. The critical element was to be sure to create a 'beginning' dot from the LED. This was accomplished by allowing to table to come to rest at the very end of the exposure to allow the dot to “burn in,’ and produce the impression of motion." ⠀ 📸: #Nikon #Z7, Mount Adapter FTZ and PC-E Micro #NIKKOR 85mm f/2.8D lens. #NikonLove #macro #macrophotography #colorphotography #studiolighting」9月19日 3時24分 - nikonusa
