Everyone wants to just see an overnight result and that’s not how it works. You have to stay consistent with a workout, nutrition and cardio routine for at least 6 months. - 5️⃣ Hiring the wrong coach. Everyone is now an online coach and with no experience at all people are hiring coaches that have no idea what they are doing. I can’t tell you how many girls come to me that came from a coach that was starving them and making them do hours of cardio.
