RIP @hihowareyouofficial. I’ve never been a super fan but whenever I listened to his music I always loved the sincerity and heart behind his voice. The devil and Daniel Johnston is a beautiful visual portrait of him that made a big impression on me when it came out. My only real in person experience with him was when he played at a record store I used to work at and he had to finish his set early into it, I think he had lost his lyric book?
