Ingredients
500g pot Greek-style yogurt
3 tbsp clear honey
2 tsp vanilla extract
6 tbsp Tesco Finest salted caramel sauce, plus extra to serve
3 ripe bananas, sliced
60g toffee popcorn
10g grated dark chocolate, to serve (optional)

Method
Mix the yogurt, honey and vanilla extract to combine, then divide half between 6 small glasses or bowls. Top each with 1 tbsp caramel sauce, then divide the sliced banana between the glasses.
Spoon over the remaining yogurt and top with toffee popcorn. Drizzle over a little more caramel sauce and sprinkle with grated dark chocolate to serve, if you like.
