Some Hall & Oates there. A dash of Rick Astley because he honestly only has “Never gonna give you up” & “together forever”. And nowwww I’m losing everyone 😂 Whatever gets you up and going in the morning as long as you go! . With me as always is my @1stphorm backpack so I can bring a change of clothes, my towel and water bottles. For extra energy in the gym, I LOVE and take my @1stphorm M factor Goddess (can’t wait to get and try the new 1-Db goddess !!!) It has green tea for energy and a blend of amino acids & vitamins and minerals! . When I get back home I tend to go for the Cinnamon Cookie Batter shake since it reminds me of sweet cereal. Tastes fucking delicious and helps curb my appetite until lunch. I’m glad to be back on my morning routine now that Kys in school again.
